Terms of Service for Aggie Elite Services

SMS Terms of Service


You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 1 720-508-2395. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.


If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at cadecox@aggieeliteservices.com.


Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By enrolling in any of our subscription plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Aggie Elite Services, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These terms are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both parties while protecting the integrity of our services and business model, including property protection during our service execution.


Commitment & Billing


All subscription plans require a 12-month minimum commitment, billed monthly. Upon signup, you authorize us to automatically charge your preferred payment method each month through our payment processor, Stripe. Payments are processed securely and automatically, and once charged, are non-refundable.


If you cancel before completing your 12-month term, you agree to be charged the remaining balance of the contract immediately. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each 12-month cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. Once a new cycle begins, you are committed to that new year under the same terms.


What You’re Getting


Depending on your selected plan, you’ll receive a set number of window cleaning services per year, with additional services such as gutter and solar panel cleaning, car detailing, and house pressure washing available in our premium package. Specific services and pricing are based on your home size or window count, which you’ll confirm with us at signup.


Jobs will be scheduled seasonally by our team, and you will be notified in advance via email or text. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather, staffing, or safety concerns.


Service Access & Customer Responsibilities


You agree to provide clear and safe access to all parts of the property required for service. We ask that pets are secured, gates are unlocked, and that any alarm systems are disabled or coordinated with us in advance. If we arrive and cannot perform the job due to access issues or a no-show, that service visit may be forfeited.


Property Protection & Liability


While we always strive to perform our work with care and professionalism, you acknowledge that certain services, such as pressure washing or accessing high surfaces, come with minor risks. Aggie Elite Services, LLC is not liable for cosmetic damages to windows, screens, siding, paint, landscaping, or other property components unless caused by gross negligence.


You also agree that we are not liable for any personal injury or incident occurring on your property during the course of our work. We are fully insured and trained, but you agree not to pursue legal claims for dissatisfaction, injury, or property-related incidents, except where required by law.


Missed Appointments & Rescheduling


We provide ample notice before your scheduled service. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in that month’s service being forfeited without refund.


Legal & Dispute Resolution


This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in Yolo County, CA. By enrolling, you agree not to pursue class action lawsuits, and instead resolve disputes individually.


Final Notes


We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the subscription implies acceptance of the new terms. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach us directly at [insert email].


By completing your subscription purchase, you agree to these terms in full, and understand the commitment, responsibilities, and limitations associated with our window cleaning services and plans.
